Appetizer -- Tuna Mango Spread
2 7-oz. cans solid white tuna
 6 Tbsp. mango chutney, chopped
 4 Tbsp. chives, chopped
 4 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Serve on crackers or toast points.
The Skinny: Use tuna packed in water
